Dr Rachael van der Griend is the lead gynaepathologist at Canterbury Health Labs, Christchurch, New Zealand. A graduate of Otago Medical School, she has worked in Australia and New Zealand and also provides pathology mentorship to a number of centres across the Pacific region. Rachael is a member of the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Group (NZGCG) and several international gynaepathology societies, including ISGyP and the BAGP, and is an associate member of the Australian Society Gynaecological Oncologists.
